01What is THE 1000?
THE 1000 is a private circle of up to 1,000 people who support Bankpediaa with ₹500 a month. Members get a private space with video courses, live sessions and a members-only community.
02Is this a paid course?
No. The ₹500 a month is voluntary financial support for Bankpediaa. It is not a course fee, and nothing about learning, content volume or results is promised.
03How much does it cost?
₹500 a month, charged automatically through Razorpay. You can stop the automatic renewal from your account at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
04Do I have to stay for 2 years?
We ask you to confirm that you plan to stay for about 2 years, because Bankpediaa is built for the long run. It is an intention, not a lock-in: you can stop renewal whenever you want.
05Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable. Only genuine payment errors (for example a duplicate charge) are corrected. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before you join.
06Who can see my name?
Other members see only the username you choose. There is no member directory and no private messaging. Your full name and WhatsApp number are visible only to the administrator.
07Is there an approval step?
No. You sign in with Google, answer a few questions, confirm the terms and pay. Access opens straight away.
08What happens when all seats are taken?
Joining closes until a seat is free. Members whose access is in its grace period can still renew.
09What do I get as a member?
Video courses organised lesson by lesson with progress tracking, live sessions on Google Meet or YouTube Live, and a members-only community feed. Content is added over time.
10How do I stop?
Open your account page and switch off automatic renewal. You can also delete your account, which removes your personal details.
