Terms of Membership

Version 2026-10-08

These terms govern your membership of THE 1000, a private community at 1000.bankpediaa.net run by Bankpediaa (operated by Yogesh Kumar) (“we”, “us”). By ticking the box on the join page and paying, you agree to them. Please read them properly; you can come back to this page at any time.

1. What THE 1000 is

THE 1000 is a members-only community limited to 1,000 seats. Members support the work of Bankpediaa with a monthly contribution. Alongside, we may share articles, videos, experiments, build logs and live sessions, and members can take part in discussions.

2. Your payment is financial support, not a purchase

The ₹500 per month you pay is voluntary financial support for Bankpediaa. It is not a fee for a course, class, coaching, mentorship, subscription service, investment product or any specific result.

  • We do not promise any amount, frequency, quality or type of content, any number of sessions, or any outcome such as income, skills, employment or business success.
  • What we share, and when, is entirely at our discretion and may change, pause or stop at any time.
  • You should not join expecting anything specific in return. If you would not give this support without a promised return, please do not join.

3. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
  • You must sign in with a Google account that you own, and give us accurate answers on the join form.
  • One person, one account. Accounts cannot be shared or transferred.

4. Seats and your account

There are at most 1,000 seats. If all seats are taken, joining closes. Your membership gives you a seat only while it is active (including the grace period below). We may refuse or end a membership where these terms are breached or where the law requires.

5. Billing

  • The membership is billed ₹500 per month through Razorpay, by UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • It renews automatically each month until you stop it. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own limits or charges.
  • If we change the price, the new price applies only from a renewal that is at least 30 days after we tell you, and you can stop renewal before then.
  • If taxes are payable on the contribution, they will be shown at payment.

6. Your long-term intention

On the join page you confirm that you are joining with the intention of staying for around two years, because building a business or mastering a skill generally takes that long. This is a statement of your intention only. It is not a lock-in or a binding commitment: you may stop future renewals at any time (section 7).

7. Cancelling, expiry and the grace period

  • You can turn off automatic renewal from Your account at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If a renewal fails or the membership ends, access stays open for a 3-day grace period. In the last 7 days of a membership that will not renew by itself, a reminder appears on your dashboard until you renew.
  • After the grace period, access closes. If a seat is available you may rejoin.
  • Refunds are covered in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Community rules

This is a small, trusting space. By taking part you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or promotion of your own products or services unless we have allowed it.
  • Not share confidential or price-sensitive information about any employer, customer or institution, and not post anything that would breach your own service rules, your employer's policies or any law or regulator's rule. You are responsible for what you post.
  • Not try to identify other members, contact them outside the community without their consent, or collect their information.
  • Not impersonate anyone. Usernames must not mislead, be offensive or imitate Bankpediaa or its team.
  • Not post anything illegal, defamatory, obscene or that infringes someone else's rights.

9. Protecting what is shared inside

Everything inside the member area is for your personal use only. You must not copy, record, screenshot for sharing, republish, resell, scrape or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part. The site may disable copying and printing and may display your username as a faint watermark. This protects the community and the people who share in it.

You keep the rights to what you post, and you give us permission to display it inside the community for as long as it stays there.

10. Moderation and removal

We and the moderators we appoint may remove content, lock discussions, suspend or end a membership if these terms are breached or to protect the community. Where we end a membership for a serious breach, no refund is due for the current period.

11. No advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, employment or career advice. Experiments and build logs describe what we tried; they are not recommendations. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before acting.

12. Third-party services

We use Google (sign-in, Google Meet, YouTube), Razorpay (payments) and our hosting and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

13. Limits of our responsibility

The community is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on anything shared here. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on your dashboard, and the version in force will always be shown on this page. If you keep using the community after a change, you accept it; if you do not agree, you can stop renewal.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be added] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
