Cancellation & Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-08

Your ₹500 per month is voluntary financial support for Bankpediaa (see the Terms). This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

Cancelling

  • You can stop automatic renewal at any time from Your account. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep full access until then.
  • If you stop paying without cancelling, the membership simply ends when the paid period (plus the 3-day grace period) runs out.
  • There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because the contribution is voluntary support and not payment for a specific service, amounts already paid for a period that has begun are not refundable. We will, however, refund in these cases:

  • Duplicate or wrong charge: you were charged more than once for the same period, or an amount different from ₹500.
  • Charged after cancelling: a renewal was taken after you had turned off renewal and before the period ended.
  • Technical error: you were charged but access was never opened and we could not fix it.

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them (your bank may take longer to show it).

Failed payments

If a payment fails, you are not charged for that attempt. We keep your access open for 3 days while you fix the payment method or renew.

How to ask

Write to bankpediaa@gmail.com from the email you signed up with, with the date and payment reference (from your Razorpay receipt or your account page).

Closing the community

If we ever close THE 1000, we will give notice and stop all renewals. We will refund any period already paid that has not started.
